1. Copyright and Usage Rights

All photographs sold on this website are the intellectual property of William Barlow/Barlow Photography].

Purchasing a photo grants the buyer a license to use the image as specified in the product description (e.g., personal use, commercial use, or extended licensing).

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or alteration of the photos is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from William Barlow.

2. Licensing Options

Personal Use License: Allows you to use the image for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as home printing or digital wallpapers.

Commercial Use License: Permits use of the photo for business-related purposes, including marketing, advertisements, or on websites. Additional fees may apply.

Exclusive License: Grants exclusive rights to the image, removing it from further sale. Contact us for pricing and details.

3. File Format and Delivery

Photos are delivered as high-resolution digital downloads in JPEG.

Once the payment is processed, you will receive an email with a download link. The link will remain active for 14 days.

4. Custom Orders

Custom requests, including photo editing or exclusive licenses, are available upon request. Additional fees and processing time will apply.

5. Prohibited Uses

Buyers are strictly prohibited from using the purchased images for the following purposes:

Resale or redistribution in any form (digital or physical).

Use in illegal or defamatory content.

Incorporating the photo into a logo, trademark, or brand without prior approval.

6. Liability

William Barlow/Barlow Photography is not responsible for:

Printing quality when using third-party printing services.

Misuse or unauthorized use of the purchased images by the buyer or third parties.
